Depending on the community and discounts applied, we charge between $15-$25 to attend an event. For people who attend events regularly, we offer a subscription package (for as little as $15/month), providing 50% off of all our paid events. In general, our goal with pricing is to bring as many people to events as possible, while ensuring that people actually show up and take the event seriously. If we see a large percentage of no-shows for a given community, we won't hesitate to raise prices to ensure a better experience for everyone.

We use Stripe to process credit card payments. Stripe is one of the most trusted payment processors in the world and your credit card information is stored safely with them. We do not store any of your credit card information ourselves. All other personal data related to the events themselves is stored using Amazon Web Services and we use up to date industry standards to keep it secure.

Our goal is to provide the best experience possible and we have no interest in "forcing" people to show up to events if they can no longer attend. As such we offer daters the ability to cancel their participation in any event up until the schedules are sent out (usually 3 hours before the event starts) and not be charged. Cancelling is as simple as changing your RSVP to "No". Once the schedules have been sent out they are final, and as much as we'd love to remove you from the event, the system doesn't allow for it.

Every community has different sign up questions that we use to filter and rank potential matches. Once all the filter requirements are met we try to prioritize dates based on location and other proprietary factors. Our algorithm also learns from your past event results to try and make more accurate matches.

The algorithm aims to maximize the total number of dates in the event while also distributing the dates as evenly as possible. This is no easy feat and is generally regarded as an unsolved math problem! We've worked hard on our algorithm and are proud of the improvements we've made over the years.

Our typical event set up is 7 rounds for 7 minutes each with a 1 minute break between rounds. This adds up to a total of 56 minutes.

Nope. Our events are conducted entirely through your web browser. All you need is a device with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. We'll send you a link before the event that works on any modern browser.

After the event you'll fill out a feedback form and let us know who you're interested in speaking to again. If both of you express interest, we'll send you a notification and link to your Dater Portal where you'll have multiple options including seeing one another's contact information.

No, you won't be matched with the same people again. Our system tracks your previous matches and ensures you meet new people at each event.
